Notice: In an effort to encourage more people to register as PCs, we have extended the lower rate for PCs until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 26th, 2009.
July 3rd through 5th will be our weekend event for 2009. In-game, the event will take place in Freetown, Dalantia. Out-of-game location will be BSA Camp Mahonegon (directions coming soon).
Set-up will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 3rd. Check-in and logistics for item creation will begin at 7:00 p.m., as will a new player character-creation and training. Game will begin about 9:00 p.m., right after a short OOG announcement. Game will end about 2:00 a.m. Sunday. Cleanup will begin Sunday morning and check-out will be from 10:00 a.m. until noon.
Cost for the event are as follows:

- NPC = $20
- PC = $20!
- Registering after June 26th:
- NPC = $20
- PC = $40
Goblin Stamps will be given to people who help with setup. All players must help with cleanup.

Please include your name and address, whether you will be PCing (and information about the character) or NPCing, your character's home chapter (for out-of-chapter players only), what (if any) production items your character will be producing, and any sleeping arrangements that must be made (for instance, you are staying with such and such group or so and so people).
Don't forget your Insurance Info and Legal Release form if you haven't put one in for the year!
