A proclamation from the Council of Elders of Dalantia:
Let it be known that, by decision of the Council of Elders of Dalantia, on this, the twenty-first day of the tenth month in the year 609, Goodman Crie Kris'alis Snillor shall be named to the position of Dalantian Ambassador to the Lands of Avalon, a post in which he will continue to serve until such time as this decision is reversed by the Council, or a Grand High Kris finds Crie to be failing to complete his duties, or Crie is elevated to the position of Elder in Dalantia or to any level among the peerage of any nation, or Crie meets the unfortunate end that we all face.
Crie's duties in this matter shall be to travel throughout Avalon, to meet with foreign visitors to Dalantia and welcome those goodhearted people who come to Dalantia for the prosperity of themselves and the people of Dalantia, and to perform other such duties as assigned by the Council of Elders, and it shall be considered a crime to impede Crie in the execution of these duties.
