A proclamation from the Council of Elders of Dalantia:
In recent days a number of Gaje have entered the lands of Dalantia, far greater in number then within the last few years. What concerns me is it's relation to the recent troubles in Verdania, and the messages they seem to carry.
According to reports, Lukuso is calling adventurers into Dalantia. Requesting their aid. According to legend, the last time this had happened it brought the Wild Elves and the Barbarians to these lands to 'fight' something large. This has many concerned and for this reason I am making a trip to Free Town on the first.
Further, it was not clear but it appeared to be 'dream' and 'reason' elementals stirring in Verdania and mixed information about other locations in Dalantia having sightings of such. For this reason, and the activity of the dream summonings I place this warning out to all the residents of Dalantia. Be careful, if the past has anything to teach us, it is that these are not good omens.
